Conclusion:
The data that I collected did not support my hypothesis. I thought my data would show a linear decline. I thought as winter drew near, the amount of phosphorus in the soil would gradually decrease with less fertilizers being used. We can most clearly see from the graph that this is not true. There is really no correlation between the data points. The graph increases and decreases at random dates. If I were to do this experiment again, I would choose a different piece of land. The land I was on perhaps had little fertilizers being used, and directly affecting my hypothesis. I would also take samples from different parts of the land. Perhaps the area I was taking my samples from had certain characteristics that would affect the data.
